Concept I. Titanic

- The ballon, when inflated will both keep the boat floating, and as
it empties, will propel the boat, with the air expelled out the back by
a jet
- First the child must set the path (straight or circular), with a rotating
rudder, under the boat (As shown). They then pump the "tower",
place it in water, press the button, and watch as the boat goes according
to the set path. When all air in the balloon is released, the boat will
sink, back end first, into the water.

- This toy could be built for about five dollars, and would be quite
durable, so long as the balloon inside does not pop.
- Young children should not use this toy by themselves, for safety reasons,
because of the moving parts, the expelled air in the pipe, and the pump
