Concept

The wacky water ball is basically a volleyball designed for use in a pool. This ball, however, has the unique ability to retail different amounts of water in small cells located within. The water distribution within the ball is completely random and varies between use, allowing for different ball behaviors each time you use it. A small pump allows the child to add/remove water from the ball to experience these different behaviors. The ball can be used in any environment and should provide hours of fun.

Physical Concept

The major physical concept involved with the wacky water ball is to show children how different mass distributions within an object can drastically change its behavior. The child will be able to see first hand how different amounts of water change the movement of the ball.

Safety Features

The wacky water ball is made of an ultra-elastic material and would thus bounce of any surface harm free.

Cost

The cost of this toy would be 20 - 25 dollars (small pump included).

Suggested Age

Children should be at least 12 years of age to play with this toy.
