Dog-Cat Chase game

This toy is based on the physical principle of magnetics.
To play with this toy, children would chase the cat with the dog. They
could either do this on a desk or table, or use the supplied house, which
has a track running around and through it. Both animals are on wheels
and have repelling magnets at the cat's rear and the dog's front. The dog
would chase the cat without ever touching it (just as in real life), and the
magnets would not be strong enough to attract anything from their other
poles (too much plastic/animal). The track would go over the fence, around
the house, through the flower garden (at which point there is a button that,
when rolled over, causes a frantic woman to lean out the window), into the
house, up the stairs, and probably out the window and all over again.
The toy would be made out of plastic and whatever material is popular in
most magnets. It would cost $29.99, and additional dog-and-cat sets could
be sold separately for $9.99 per. It would be pretty durable, and the dog and
cat would be relatively large(maybe 3.5 inches long each). The targetted ages
are 2.5 through 7.
