I am done working on it for the moment. Somebody else can work on it.
A few notes.

1) I haven't gone aroun changing "partitioning" to clustering - I or
   someone else can do that in an editing pass.

2) I have not cahnged the applications section much. Dave you will need
   the following numbers if you redo FFT section.

CFFTS :340.4 mS (N = 8) 169.7 mS (N= 16)
RFFTS :324.1 ms (N = 8) 166.0 ms (N = 16)
Comm  :55.1 (TP 8 each), 81.0 (DP 16)

Let me know if it is not clear what they are.

The paper is in the usual place in ...../ics94 directory.
