Screen shots of all of your canvases. Each screen shot should be accompanied by an explanation of what it is supposed to do and where it fits into the applications.
A sample listing of each report your applications will produce, including the SQL queries your reports are based on. You can create the sample listing using Microsoft word or Excel.
