Israel on Campus organization provides a social framework for CMU members who share a common interest in Israel and its culture. Israel on Campus seeks to illuminate the diverse non-political faces of Israel and to promote awareness of Israeli culture. Drop us a line and we'll add you to our mailinglist!
Past Activities
- Weekly "Isralunches" - Israeli lunches featuring Israeli food and free Hebrew lessons.
- A Jewish New Year dinner in which 40 students participated.
- The back to top button works properly, with no editing needed. It uses "anchors" this time.
- In March 2004 the organization received special funding from the GSA for throwing a party with Israeli and Middle Eastern themes in April 2004. More than 200 students showed up.
- Several movie nights.
- Annual Israeli Bar-b-q.
- Tepper School International food festival - Israeli booth.
