Re: What is the latest, certified 1-18 version of GEMS?

Corey and Don: I have found a bug in Gems version 1-17 thru 1-18-15 when
laying out a two column race. I hope that is only because a 2 card ballot is
involved for the election I was doing. I will try to test it more a little
later today and let you know. Basically, when a 2 column race is specified
on a 3 column ballot, if the 1st column is full it ignores the middle column
and tries to place all text in the 3rd column. I have not tried it yet if
only a 1 card ballot is involved.
