RE: Audio in the Summary Screen

Some of LA's ballots for the November 2002 were 15 or more TS pages. It
took at least 1/2 hour to vote on a VIBS ballot. I also vote "NO
THANKS".

I again express my concerns about allowing our upgrades to be customer
driven. As we all know, the customer often doesn't know what they want,
or
what is best for them. I think we need to do more analysis before we
add
features. As Steve points out - this upgrade adds complexity to our
product - making it slower, and with more opportunities for failure. Is
that
the direction we want to take?

Are we building a Cadillac - that our customers can't afford to purchase
or
upkeep? I vote for building a really nice Honda instead.
Sue

It already takes a half hour or so to work through the CA. ballot, if
you
add a summary on the ballot after each race is confirmed during the
process,
it seems to me you'll add more complexity for those folks who want to
skip
the summary, as most will. I'm a "no" vote on this.
