At what interval are the following polled and recorded in the Audit
Log?
- Memory card (election date, vote center label,
vote center Id, memory card version)

system is started or a memory card is inserted that has an election on

From reviewing several AccuVote-TS Audit Logs from
the November general election, it seems that the above log entries are not
posted at consistent time intervals. On what basis are they
posted? What other information is or should be posted on a regular basis
to the Audit Log?
