Is the
ballot being pulled in a short distance then stopping? or is the ballot
just not be pulled in at all?
Does
the motor make a sound as if it is turning but the ballot doesn't get pulled
in?

Here in Johnson County, Kansas we are having a problem with
one of the AVOS units not allowing ballots to feed. We've removed the
automatic feeder and are down to the basic AVOS unit and the ballot still will
not feed. What is causing this and what do we need to do about it.
