How do the numbers convert from the Card 1 Seq 1 format to the 10001 format? Example: Card 17 Seq 3 equals what in the 10000 format?

Do we ever intend on converting the VTS-era card numbering on the AccuBasic reports from 10000-based numbering to the current GEMS numbering scheme?
