RE: Using Color in AVOS Headers w/GEMS 1.15.9 and Win2000

Before you upgrade riched, make sure you have checked "Color Ink on Paper" in the Ballot Options->Color.  I am not aware of any riched problems on W2K (though that doesn't necessarily mean there isn't one).

The National Education Association must be doing very well -- I wouldn't have thought they could afford a GEMS liscense.

Actually, I hadn't had a response yet so thanks very much, Greg!

Winnt/System 32.  Clears it up like magic.
I would imagine it is the one on our ftp site.  Rename the current riched20.dll as old and install the new one in System 32.
You probably have this already though.

National Education Association (users of our AVOS) have come upon the following problem:

While creating a database using GEMS 1.15.9 on a Windows 2000 platform, they are attempting to use color in the header but the text within the header still has a white background.

I don't have any experience with 2000 yet so I must ask:

Is this a riched20 problem and if so, is the file on the FTP site the one I should send them?  Also, where is this file located in 2000?
