Nel,

Candidate Type/Header is used to insert text or space between candidates
within a race. For example, the State of Tennessee requires that candidates
for Delegate to the convention be grouped and labeled by the Presidential
candidate that they intend to support. The candidates in the race would
appear on the ballot in the following manner:

Committed to Bush
Candidate 1
Candidate 2
Candidate 3

Committed to Gore
Candidate 4
Candidate 5
Candidate 6

Committed to Nader
Candidate 7
Candidate 8
Candidate 9

Where the "Committed to -" text and the blank lines would have been entered
as candidate type "Header".

What is the point of candidates of type Headers in GEMS 1-17-11?
