Tari, as I understand it, the only bug is related to deleting a vote center (which no one should be doing) when it has vote totals in it.  I would think resetting a vote center would be sufficient prior to deleting one.  Wouldn't that work Tab?  So why would we need a new release?

    I was not planning on releasing another GEMS until after the election since the only outstanding item is the bug fix for deleted vote centers with counts and this should not be happening this late in the election cycle.  If you really want this fix released let me know and we will release it.
