GEMS-1-16-4-
AVTS-3-13-2-1

Welland 2 has split polls and works with Accu-Vote OS and creates Memory Cards.  Customer would like to purchase four AVTS for Advance Vote.
After changing from Accu-Vote OS to Accu-Vote Ts in the two Vote Centres, the download from GEMS to Ballot Station in my Dell Latitude is completed successfully, however, clicking No to any more to downloads, the database starts to build and then dies as noted below.

Welland 2 stops at Setting up Database, Setting up Level 2 Boundaries EXCEPTION,  Build Election Failed,  The following error has been detected: Exception in BallotStation Build Database Failed  then boots back to Accu-Server - 2, Dr. Watson Ballot Station..exe,   Exception: access violation (0x00000005), Address: 0x5f450532
I have included the Welland 2 download.

Removing the splits, and yes I do have AVTS checked in the language dialog, downloading, the database builds successfully.

Question:
Am I doing it wrong ?
Does AVTS support split polls ?

You do not have AVTS checked in the language dialog.  I will update GEMS to catch it at download.

The difference with this database are the base poll splits.    I very seldom use a split and I may have done it wrong.

It shouldn't ever be possible for you to "do it wrong".  Don't worry about this.
The prompt is "Exception"  Build Database Failed.  I have tried a number of other databases and they all worked.

Okay, so other simple databases work with your current setup, but not this one, correct?
