New Folder on FTP site.

There is a new folder called "sample" on the FTP site. It will hold sample
database files.  If you wish to place any sample database files in this
folder, place them in the incoming directory then e-mail me, and I will move
the file or files into the sample folder for you.

The policy on the "incoming" folder is as follows, any file placed in the
incoming folder must have a password attached to it, and will be removed
after 2 weeks.
