An election in GEMS 1.5.5 is defined
with State Senate and State Assembly districts, each with 3 child
districts. State Assembly is defined as a rotation district. One
race is defined - district affiliation set to State Senate child district 10,
rotation set to district and rotation district to State Assembly.
Results are saved and the Race Editor re-activated
for the race. Clicking on the Options tab results in an Internal Error, as
does the selection of any other tab.
