Report Vote centers w/Reporting precincts

I am working on a database with precinct ids and when you request the
above report you get a list of sequence numbers for the reporting
precincts -  I am using precinct ids and this addition of sequence
numbers is confusing and not applicable .  Can this report be modified -
to either reflect precinct ids or eleminate the sequence numbers
completely  when using precinct ids on the ballots ?
