RE: New ABO file for AccuVote with Spanish Translations and added format

They currently have ROM version 1.94xP, which was customized last year for the election they did not have.  There should not be any problem upgrading them, it is just a matter of time, since Juan is there right now doing testing.  I will try to get in touch with Juan right now, so I can get you an answer right away.

To get the precincto name rather than the id, they will have to upgrade to AVOS PC 1.95.  What rom revision are they running and would they be willing to upgrade?
