Currently, the only way to determine the election totals
on a Touch Screen is to print them. If the printer does not function then
the totals must be uploaded to GEMS to view them.
A nice feature would be to show the totals in the Summary
screen format for each touch screen, then show the totals for the voting
location in the Accumulator screen in the same Summary screen
format.
