AVTS - Scaling Options

We currently have a scaling option for the AVTS.  However this scaling 
option is for the text only, Main Screen fields, Race fields, Candidate 
fields, Header fields, & Button fields, but does not scale down the vote 
box.  I think we need another option for the scaling down of the vote box 
also.  No matter how far down we scale the text, the vote box remains the 
same size, so we really are not gaining that much space.  Especially when 
it comes to the big elections, with lots of races & lots of candidates.
