Sue, Not sure that you meant this on bugtrack.  Anyway, I know of no such
documentation.  I'm sure that whoever negotiated the contract had some idea
of what their plan was.  If I were starting from scratch, which you probably
are, I'd integrate some of Diebold's ISO9000/9001 information with our own
ATP materials, logic and accuracy materials.  I might try to organize this
material by manufacturing, acceptance testing, election preparartion and
testing.  The warehousing, inventory, and maintenance are new.
