I was not be able to reproduce  this problem. Is anybody else seeing this?

print totals, no challenge ballots in totals

accept 1 challenge

print totals

1 challenge ballot in totals

reject previously accepted challenge

print totals, previously accepted( now rejected) challenge ballot remains in totals.
