logged to printer, as required by Texas certification:

I have installed a line printer on my PC and updated registry settings for
printer logging. In GEMS 1-17-11, each of these transactions is correctly
logged.
Printer logging must be implemented before May 22nd, at which point GEMS is
submitted for certification in the state.
