It is not a bug. The "French" language button
is not shown because the corresponding audio file is missing, also the
TSText.txt has to be modified once the audio is in.

The attached
election is defined with two AccuVote-TS languages, however, only one appears
when attempting to vote an audio ballot in Count Test. Full language
selection is offered with the visual ballot only.
