The CounterGroup Editor will now
saves the states of all controls before opening the Vote Center Category
Editor. The fix will be in GEMS 1-18-10.

In the Counter Group Editor, create a new counter group, select the
Cumulative Results Only and de-select the Pct Ids check boxes, click on New in
the Vote Center Category group box, then click on OK in the VCenterCat
window. As a result, the two check boxes have been reset.
