Race Editor - able to create Candiates with existing ID

From the Race Editor Screen, if you click on the 'Candidates' tab you are able to create multiple candidates with a duplicate ID #. 

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

-  From the Race Editor Screen click on the 'Candidates' tab

-  Click on the 'New'

-  Create a new candidate and in the 'Report Seq' field enter 20

-  Click on 'New' icon again

-  Enter a candidate label and then in the 'Report Seq' field enter 20

- Click on 'OK'

 

RESULT:  It saves two different candidates with the same ID.
