You have already posted a bug with this title.  If you feel this is a different bug, use a different title.
 
In this case it happens to be the same bug however, and the fix will be in 4.1.7.

An election is configured with the PA Straight Party Vote check box selected in the AccuVote-TS Options window in GEMS 1-18-8.  Selecting a party in the straight party race does not effect the selection of any candidates endorsed by the party in straight party votable races.
