GEMS shouldn't have let you open the second database in the first place.

The AccuVote-TS Server console was active with two databases.  Shutting the other console down allowed the transmission to complete successfully.  Nonetheless, an internal error should not occur.

A vote center is selected for downloading in the AccuVote-TS Server console, then the Start button is clicked.  The following error message is displayed:

 

 

This occurs in both GEMS 1-17-18 as well as GEMS 1-18-7.  The database used is 'harris_county_tx_1-17_5-2-01-latest' on maryann://D:/Program Files/GEMS/LocalDB.
