GEMS 1-17-17: Monitor Script : 'ADD PRECINCT' displays all districts and precincts. 'ADD DISTRICT' displays all districts and precincts.

GEMS -> Setup -> Monitor Scripts

In the 'Monitor Script' window, select 'Add'

Click on 'Add district' or 'Add precinct'.
The 'Add Precinct' should display only precincts while the
'Add District' should display only districts.
In GEMS 1-11-14, this is the case. In GEMS 1-17-17, both options display
all districts and precincts.
