RE: Numeric Key row inoperable using BS 4.1.1.1

I think this is "fixed" in 4.1.2.

It is mostly academic however.  You can't run an election with the security door unlocked.  If you want to meet TX fist requirements, you'll want to bring that up with our hardware department when they design the VIBS keypad.

Subject: Numeric Key row inoperable using BS 4.1.1.1

The numeric key row above the qwerty keys is inoperable when plugging in a keyboard for use as an input device for VIBS.  The numeric keypad to the right of the keyboard is operable.

This creates a problem when demonstrating ADA capabilities using a big key keyboard.  The big key  keyboard does not have a numeric keypad and therefore can not enter numeric commands.  The big key keyboard was selected to meet ADA requirements in Texas that require all controls and operable mechanisms to be operable with one hand including a closed fist.
