RE: BS220.127.116.11 crashes after canceling card reader error message
A point of
clarification: the error and subsequent crash happen when programming the
cards right (as opposed to using them)?
Do all 4K cards
behave this way, or are there 4K cards that work fine? Basically what I am
asking is there something special about these three cards, or are they
golden. If they are golden, yeah send them up (but don't waste the
time/money if they are not, we will probably have this fixed before they arrive
Similarly, is this
in fact limited to 4.1.1. In other words, can you in any way reproduce the
problem with 4.0.10.
AVTS R6 running
(VoterCard.cpp Line 353) is detected, while trying to program a 4K memory card
and the "OK" button is pressed the system will
return to the CE
We found three
cards that triggered the same error (VoterCard.cpp Line
All three behaved
the same, returning to desktop after OK pressed.
One of the three
was used in a test with BS18.104.22.168 and was successfully
BS22.214.171.124 also successfully programmed the same card.
The same data base
was used for the testing in all cases.
Viewing one of the
remaining corrupted cards with card production manager shows all flags
set with most of the levels set to -1.
The ID field and
PIN field were filled with the same character, a lower case "y" which has 2
dots above each character, it looks like a Swedish
Ken/Tab let me
know if you want the corrupted cards overnighted to you.
