This is what I found after further testing. Still cannot get the challenge votes in report on regular Reporting Screen. However, if I go to the Accumulator Screen, and do reporting within it, I do get the challenge votes on the report. Is this the way we want Challenge Votes to work???

I have voted 6 times, 3 regular and 3 challenged. When I end the election and print out a report I get just 3 votes, which is correct. I then go and accept the 3 challenged votes. Then I print out a new report, but still get just 3 votes.
