Write-in keyboard broken in AVTS 3-13-8-2

AVTS 3-13-8-2

When attempting to cast a write-in vote, the keyboard comes up but
characters pressed do not appear in the space above, the name entered does
not appear in the write-in space on the ballot, and the square next to the
write-in space doesn't have an 'X' in it.
