Can you clarify? I thought sites upgrading GEMS but leaving AVTS alone were OK.

GEMS 1.17.5-7 has a bug which renders that assertion (temporarly) false. Fix is in 1.17.8. California is not affected as you are running newer AVTS (so relax).

Just for the record it is AVTS prior to 3.13.2 that has the problem (I had said 3.13.4 in the original post).
