RE: Gems 1.16.1.6 - Changing Cards manually loses other cards on same ballot

Wow, this was really quite broken even for ballots without blank plates.  Fix in 1.16.3.  Folks, if you find you have to reset artwork all the time to get your job done, something is wrong.  Please let us know.

Jeff, you are on the right track with race 85.  I don't think race 35 or 120 are necessary though.  You might want to try out the "Not Counted" checkbox for race 85.  It was created just for this purpose.  You should also be able to lay out all the party headers automatically with some placement options.

Let me guess:  blank backs.  Damn, I thought this was squashed last year.  Looking into it.

I am working on the Puerto Rico ballot in Gems 1.16.1.6.  I have to make some changes manually on the ballots.  When I make changes to the first card, I lose all information on the next 2 cards.  All cards are within the same ballot.  If I make the changes to the card itself, then when I go to the next card for changes I get Internal Error.  Attached is the database.
