CMU wavelan roaming patch

Joseph and I found that the wavelan
linux driver did not work well in the CMU CS environment. The largest
problem was the lack of roaming support which was remedied by applying a
patch. However, there were more problems attributable to the very large
number of wavelan transcievers. We made another patch to tweak the
performance for the CMU environment. Finally, I rolled the roaming and
tweaking patches together into one CMU roaming patch.
More recently, the patches were rolled into the main pcmcia
configuration. However, the distribution still did not work. Shadow came up with a one liner
which made the wavelan card work.
