Almost 1000 Harvard graduate student entered the Valentine's Matchmaking last year. Here are a few success stories and testimonials...

Harvard School of Public Health/Law
I am a doctoral student at the School of Public Health. My top match on the list turned out to be someone from the Law School who I had met once before, thought was nice, but figured he had a girlfriend. I guess he didn't after all and so I emailed him. We got together for coffee, and we have been dating ever since. At this point, our lives are pretty much one. We have the same friends, we have met each others parents and families, and things are sailing along wonderfully.

Harvard Business School/Ed. School
I am a business student now in my final year. I came to business school without a girlfriend. You know the usual work long hours, plenty of travel, and no time to meet anyone. So when this Valentines match thing came along I thought it was a great idea. I got a bunch of matches, and met three or four of them, and really liked this person from the Ed. School. It was amazing how much we had in common. We have been dating since March.

Medical
Med. School takes up all my time. I hang out intensely with the people in my year; I spend all the rest of my time in classes and studying. This matchmaking service was a breath of fresh air, a chance to meet people who had totally different perspectives from the medical one and who were also really excited by what they were studying and doing. I really recommend it.

GSAS
I went with my roommates to the Valentine's party which was quite a good time...[With the match lists], they both managed to get at least a half dozen phone numbers; If that's not a successful party I don't know what is.
