Swapping Macros (in the works)
Same basic steps as swapping one PBAgent for another
Order of the swaps becomes very important
Must instantiate all the new macro members, necessary stubs, and port connections before removing any of the old PBAgents
Order also depends on data dependencies among the members of the macro
