Pancakes


Mix together milk and flour and beat until smooth. Add salt, sugar and melted butter. Mix until smooth. Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks to the milk and flour mixure. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a clean beater until stiff. Add and mix the baking powder into the milk/flour mixure. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter using a spatula or wooden spoon (no mixer). Makes about twelve medium sized pancakes. Serves two.
