Banzeel

Most of the party doesn't know much about Banzeel, apart from its location on the western edge of the Marakeel Empire. Tremere's been there a few times (and is probably there now on the infamous Western command post mission), but he hasn't said much about the place; Tubbins at least knows where to gamble there. So far, we have Xagye Rushkita's information and Gorakheel's background to work with.
