Recurring characters

So far there are only NPCs I've profiled as part of the run summaries and links to some previously compiled pages of high elves and Rogs. The rest of the crew should feel free to make pages about their favorites, and I'll link them in.

The Council of Lords

Until the advent of the Cuthbert, these fighters were the ruling body of the Western Keeplands. Since their page was last updated, Rogthermal and Epicenter were trapped on the Dustplane during an attempt to prevent the Shadowing (Rogthermal is expected to return, Epicenter is not), Omimajish has become the wielder of the Cuthbert, and the war with the East has begun.
