MOSCOW, May 26 (AFP) - Newly-appointed Russian Prime Minister Sergei Stepashin on Wednesday announced an updated cabinet list following marathon closed-door talks he had with President Boris Yeltsin. Stepashin, saying the cabinet was nearly complete, appointed Mikhail Kasyanov as finance minister to replace the liberal Mikhail Zadornov, who has been promoted to first deputy prime minister.
