All amounts are in U.S. dollars. The Company reported revenues of $2,104,000 for the first quarter ended March 31, 1999, an increase of 15% from the $1,834,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 1998. There were no spectrum sales during the first quarter of 1999, compared to $200,000 for the same quarter 1998. Dispatch revenue increased $144,000, and equipment sales, service, and rental revenues increased $332,000 for the first quarter 1999 compared to the same quarter 1998. Net loss was $12,000, or ($0.00) per share, for the quarter ended March 31, 1999, compared to a $154,000 net loss, or ($0.03) per share, for the quarter ended March 31, 1998.
