NICOSIA, May 22 (AFP) - Cypriot Trade Minister Nicos Rolandis headed to Libya Saturday for a five-day visit that will focus on developing economic ties. Rolandis said he planned to hold talks with several Libyan ministers on strengthening trade and set up a joint committee on economic and other issues of mutual interest. The United Nations suspended sanctions against Libya after Tripoli handed over two suspects in April for trial in the 1988 bombing of a US airliner over Lockerbie, Scotland, in which 270 people were killed.
