Dress Code for Games and Practice

Games

• Sacred Heart volleyball uniform: shorts and jersey (will be provided); white or black undershirt is optional.
• SHVB tie-dye kneesocks (will be provided)
• Kneepads (not provided)
• Athletic court shoes (not provided; note: the shoes you wear on the court should be different than those you wear outside!)

Practices

• Athletic shorts and shirt
• Socks (any)
• Athletic court shoes

The Following are NOT Allowed in Practices OR Games:

• "Spaghetti strap" tank tops
• Denim
• Any jewelry - just don't wear it to the gym!
• Hair accessories that contain metal or hard plastic
• Food, candy, or gum
• Any drinks other than water or sports drinks
