After recieving the file folder of XXXXXX and the attached cram we had
some issues. 1) He did not have over 3 hours of assists at night he
had 100 minutes which is under 2 hours. 2) He had 100 minutes of
delivery during the day not the 35 minutes that you stated. Our
minutes are clearly documented for you to see. 3) A backup was
requested for us to get more delivery on students and no call was
returned. We had 11 students to 3 staff. 4) Paul had 385 minutes,
Elize 315 minutes, and Stephanie had 310 minutes for the day. 5) He
slept 5 to 6 hours during the day which cuts into the time he could
have had assist. 6) It is easier for nights to build up the minutes on
just one student when the rest are asleep. 7) Due to the lack of staff
in withdrawal and an inability to get staff in withdrawal it is'nt
easy to constantly keep the other 9 awake whie we are in session. 8)
Along with the fact that if a student does not want an assist we
cannot make them do soemthing they don't want to do. 9) We also had
the highest minutes for 7 to 3 yesterday and the 2nd highest total for
the week 3 to 11.

For these reasons we do not accept this cram and will not fulfill it.
We feel that the cram was wrongfully issued due to the circumstances.
If expectations are to meet it is due to the administrations inability
to provide us with proper staffing
