Images of the cross were used on the home page of SlatkinFraud.com until Scientology legal threats against two successive ISPs forced its removal. This despite the fact that our use of the cross image on that page passed the fair use litmus test in every sense: it was non-commercial, it was used in a non-competitive sense, and it was used in the reporting of news.
