Revision 2.2

• Updated build files for recent autotools versions.
• Fixed memory leak in linux version of listDirectory().
• Fixed function name in declaration of getISOTimeString().

Revision 2.1

• Added function getISOTimeString() to timeUtilities.h.
• Improved handling of path delimiters in function splitPath().

Revision 2.0

• Through version 1.28, dlrPortability was part of the larger dlr_libs package. This release makes dlrPortability into a stand-alone package. Version 2.0 of dlrPortability is identical to the version in dlr_libs 1.28.
