This file gives a high level overview of recent changes.

Revision 2.3

• Added new class template, TypePromoter, to help with choosing the type of operations in which arguments have different types.

• Fixed some compiler warnings.
• Updated build files.
• Added dlrCommon/constants.h to define common physical constants.

Revision 2.1

• Adding missing include if standard header cstring in inputStream.h.
• Added check for failed read in InputStream::expect().

Revision 2.0

• Through version 1.28, dlrCommon was part of the larger dlr_libs package. This release makes dlrCommon into a stand-alone package. Version 2.0 of dlrCommon is identical to the version in dlr_libs 1.28.
